In the event that the TMAC Conference & AGM is cancelled due to COVID-19, full refunds will be issued for media member conference registrations.
If the conference goes ahead as planned, and you select and are confirmed for a pre-tour, any cancellations made after April 30, 2020 will be subject to a $125 penalty. This is a nominal fee to assist in offsetting any charges incurred by the tour operators due to last minute cancellations.
Individual exceptions will be considered by the conference committee and host on a case by case basis to consider unforeseen, legitimate cancellations.
Industry
In the event that the TMAC Conference & AGM is cancelled due to COVID-19, full refunds will be issued for industry member conference registrations.
Substitutions can be made at any time. If the conference goes ahead as planned, and an industry member cancels on or before April 17, 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after this date.
