Mary Ellen has worked for the Tourism Division of the City of Fredericton for 20 years. Prior to Fredericton Tourism , she worked with New Brunswick Tourism,  NB Environment and events planning contract work.

Mary Ellen was Chairperson for Atlantic Canada Showcase (New Brunswick) in 2016 and was on the Board for Team Canada Tourism as well as volunteering on the board of directors for the Harvest Music Festival for its first 11 years.   Though happily busy at work, Mary Ellen finds time to cook ,read and vacation and spend time exploring Fredericton and NB with her husband and two teenage girls (and golden retriever).  She loves Fredericton and sharing all that the region offers with travel trade operators and travel media!
