Dimensions continues to expand its repertoire of healing experiences beyond its multi-week programs for veterans and personal self-betterment journeys to also include all-inclusive wellness experiences that deliver brief well-being resets in nature. The short-stay Retreat events are adult only, cannabis-friendly and will be operated on select dates with two-night minimum stays. The luxury wellness Retreats are the focal point of Dimensions’ Summer Wellness Series, beginning at their flagship Dimensions Algonquin Highlands, located on the shores of Maple Lake, 2.5 hours north of Toronto, on May 18 and running through to September 3, 2024.

Carla Kava, our guest yoga and Pilates expert, presents her program “Grounded in Nature, Free in Spirit” over the August long weekend, at Dimensions Algonquin Highlands. She brings insights into living a happy and balanced life through movement to Dimensions, for one weekend only. Her practice is influenced by Ashtanga Yoga. You can expect buttery smooth slow flow, that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and revitalized.
Water Ways + Water Colours ( Book August 17–18)

Join artist Sasha Pierce for an introduction to watercolors in nature.
